From the A12 at Woodbridge, take the exit signed Orford/Sutton Hoo onto the A1152/Woods Lane.  Drive down the hill and at the traffic lights at the bottom of the hill, continue straight ahead signed A1152 Bawdsey, Orford, Snape.  Continue over the railway line and across Wilford Bridge.  At the roundabout, turn right (2nd exit) onto the B1083 signed Bawdsey/Hollesley.  After a few hundred yards, you will see the entrance to Sutton Hoo on your right.  Stay on the B1083 and after approximately 2 miles you will drive through Sutton village.  Approximately 1 mile after Sutton village, as you approach Shottisham, you will come to a T-junction.  Turn right here and continue (still on the B1084) through Alderton village.  Approximately 4 miles from the T-junction in Shottisham, you will see the village sign for Bawdsey - you are now in The Street.  Continue for approximately one third of a mile and then turn left into East Lane.  Drive down East Lane and Cavell Close will be on your left hand signed, clearly signed and opposite Bawdsey Primary School.    Ask a question!  Email us for more information Go back to Current Developments
