At handover we provide you with a Welcome Pack, full of useful information about the location in which you have chosen your new home. The pack also contains important information about your home along with contact details for all the main specialists responsible for building your home. Advice is also provided on what to do and who to contact should you encounter any ‘teething problems’.

We are proud of the homes we build and the finish we provide. Every new home carries an NHBC Buildmark ten year structural guarantee and your home is inspected at various stages of construction by the relevant Local Authority/NHBC Inspectors.
