You will find that Ashby Lawrence Homes contain standard items that some developers consider as extras. However, we also offer Optional Extras to enable you to personalise your new home even further.

The following Optional Extras are available from our selected range, subject to stage of construction:

• Ceramic tiled flooring to kitchen and utility
• Carpeting to ground and first floor areas (except kitchen and utility)
• Karndean flooring to ground floor areas*
• Additional wall tiling to kitchen, utility, bathroom and en-suite
• Appliances to kitchen/utility
• Water softener
• Security alarm
• External light to rear of property
• Loft ladder
• Turfed rear garden
• A landscape gardening service can be provided (prices and design on application)

* Please note when ordering your floor coverings, an allowance of 15 mm between floor and bottom of the door is required according to NHBC regulations
