Ashby Lawrence Homes - Standard Specification Guide

All Ashby Lawrence Homes are fitted with quality double glazed windows, cavity wall and loft insulation, quality bathroom fittings and gas central heating* via thermostatically controlled radiators. A choice of wall tiles, worktops and kitchen cupboards from our selected range are available for all properties**. Please note that this specification is only meant as a guide as some of our developments have a higher specification than our standard. Some items may vary from plot to plot so it is therefore best to check the specification of the development that interests you. If in any doubt please call our sales office for clarification.
